The following are the terms and conditions that apply to all passengers using the company’s services across its routes, including Siem Reap, Phnom Penh, Sihanoukville, Kampot, Ho Chi Minh City (Vietnam), and the islands of Koh Rong and Koh Rong Samloem.

1. Ticketing and Reservations

- Ticket Purchase: Tickets can be purchased through the official website, authorized travel agencies, or at the company's ticketing offices. Passengers must provide accurate information when booking, including full names and contact details.

- Reservation Confirmation: Once payment is completed, passengers will receive a confirmation email or ticket. It is essential that passengers present their ticket (digital or printed) when boarding the bus. Without a valid ticket, passengers may be denied boarding.

- Ticket Validity: Tickets are valid only for the date, time, and route specified at the time of purchase. Changes to date, time, or route may incur additional fees or may not be allowed, depending on availability.

2. Cancellations, Changes, and Refunds

- Cancellations: Passengers may cancel their bookings, but the following policies apply:
- Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure are eligible for a partial refund, with a cancellation fee deducted.
- Cancellations made within 24 hours of departure are non-refundable.

- Changes: Passengers can request changes to their travel date or time, subject to availability. Requests for changes must be made at least 24 hours prior to departure and may incur an additional fee.

- Refunds: Refunds will be processed based on the company’s cancellation policy. Refunds are usually issued within 7 to 14 business days and will be credited back to the original form of payment. Non-refundable tickets cannot be refunded under any circumstances.

- No-Shows: If a passenger fails to show up for the scheduled trip, the ticket is considered forfeited, and no refunds or rescheduling will be allowed.

3. Boarding and Check-In

- Check-In Time: Passengers must arrive at the departure point at least 30 minutes before the scheduled departure time. Check-in will close 10 minutes before departure.

- Identification: Passengers may be required to present a valid form of identification (e.g., passport, national ID, or other official documents) when checking in, particularly for international routes.

- Seat Assignment: Seats are generally pre-assigned at the time of booking. Passengers must sit in their designated seats unless instructed otherwise by the bus staff.

4. Luggage and Personal Belongings

- Luggage Allowance: Each passenger is allowed one piece of luggage and one small carry-on item. The size and weight limits for luggage may vary, and any oversized or extra luggage may incur additional fees.
- Weight Limit: Typically, luggage should not exceed 20 kg. Carry-on items should fit in the overhead compartment or under the seat.

- Valuables: Olongpich Express recommends that passengers do not place valuables (e.g., money, electronics, passports) in checked luggage. The company is not liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged items during transit.

- Prohibited Items: Dangerous or illegal items such as explosives, flammable materials, weapons, and illegal substances are strictly prohibited on board.

5. Onboard Conduct

- Passenger Behavior: All passengers are expected to behave in a respectful and orderly manner. Any disruptive behavior, including harassment of other passengers or staff, will result in removal from the bus without a refund.

- Smoking and Alcohol: Smoking, including e-cigarettes, is strictly prohibited on all buses. The consumption of alcohol is also not allowed.

- Food and Drinks: Light snacks and non-alcoholic beverages may be consumed onboard, but passengers are responsible for keeping their area clean and disposing of any trash properly.

- Pets: Pets are generally not allowed on board, except for certified service animals that assist individuals with disabilities.

6. Liability and Insurance

- Delays and Cancellations: Olongpich Express strives to maintain its schedules, but the company cannot guarantee punctuality due to circumstances beyond its control, such as traffic, weather conditions, or road maintenance. The company is not liable for any indirect costs or inconveniences caused by delays or cancellations, such as missed connections or accommodations.

- Accidents and Safety: Olongpich Express is committed to maintaining the highest safety standards. In the unlikely event of an accident, the company’s liability is limited to the coverage provided by its insurance policy.

- Force Majeure: The company is not responsible for delays, cancellations, or other disruptions caused by events beyond its control, including natural disasters, strikes, political instability, or other unforeseen circumstances.

7. International Travel

- Visa and Immigration: For international routes, such as the Phnom Penh to Ho Chi Minh City service, passengers are responsible for ensuring they have the necessary travel documents, including passports and visas, to enter the destination country. Olongpich Express is not responsible for any issues arising from insufficient documentation or denied entry by immigration authorities.

- Customs and Border Crossing: Passengers must comply with customs regulations when crossing international borders. Any prohibited items discovered during customs checks are the responsibility of the passenger, and Olongpich Express holds no liability for customs violations.

8. Island Transfers (Koh Rong and Koh Rong Samloem)

- Combined Bus and Ferry Service: For routes to Koh Rong and Koh Rong Samloem, Olongpich Express offers a combined bus and ferry ticket. Passengers must follow the specific instructions for transfers between the bus and ferry.

- Weather Conditions: Ferry services to the islands are subject to weather conditions. In cases of unsafe sea conditions, ferry services may be canceled or delayed. The company will assist passengers with rescheduling or refunds in such cases.

9. Amendments to Terms and Conditions
